W. Ryan Moriarty

 Ryan has practiced almost exclusively in the area of personal injury law for his entire legal career. After spending years representing insurance companies in personal injury actions resulting from aircraft related accidents, Ryan decided to put his experience to use for injured plaintiffs. Ryan has experience representing clients in matters before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada (seeking leave to appeal), the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Labor Relations Board. In addition to being a tough litigator and negotiator, Ryan prides himself on crafting creative and cost effective solutions for his clients whenever possible.

Vadim is licensed under the Law Society of Ontario as a practicing paralegal and has been providing legal services to motor vehicle accident victims since 1998. Initially as a part of a paralegal firm and, since 2000, as managing partner of his own office, Legal Action Direct, Vadim has devoted his expertise to handling over 5000 accident benefits claims and the corresponding dispute resolution process as between injured persons and their insurance companies. As such, Vadim also had extensive experience at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, in terms of both mediating disputes and, when required, proceeded to Arbitration. He routinely appears and represents cases through the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

Parlor McMark Webb has been practicing in the personal injury field since her call to the Bar over 25 years ago. He is a graduate from Queen’s University. After many years working for multiple major insurance companies in private practice, she transitioned to working for injured clients. He has extensive experience at all levels of Ontario courts, as well as the Licence Appeal Tribunal/Financial Services Commission and Social Services Tribunal. Her work includes motor vehicle claims (tort and AB), slip and fall claims, LTD claims and other injuries.

Outside of work, Tricia enjoys travel, mystery novels, practicing her margarita-making skills, and indulging her nerdy side with her two sons.
